PAYMENT INFORMATION We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as Paypal for payments. We use Paypal's shopping cart to handle all of our payment transactions. You can also send E-Checks through Paypal. Once clearing date of E-check shows through paypal, We will send shipping notification. NOTE: Signing up for a Paypal account is now optional. You no longer need a Paypal account to use your credit card. If paying by Money Orders or Cashiers Checks, please print and fill out the online order form and send along with your payment. Maryland residents (or items shipped to Maryland) will be charged 5% sales tax. SHIPPING INFORMATION We are happy to ship internationally. However, shipping is higher. If you are outside the USA and see something that you would like to purchase, please email me at sales@simplyweddings4less.com and we will give you an international shipping quote. We will then send you a Paypal invoice for your items plus international shipping. For the fastest shipping possible some of our items shipped straight from our suppliers. So if you order more than one item they may be shipped separately. RETURNS 1. You may return an item for a refund within 7 days of receipt of that item. We will refund the cost of the item to you. Shipping is not refundable. We do not give refunds for items held more than 7 days. (See Notes on personalized items & veils below) 2. In order to receive a refund you are required to email us at sales @ simplyweddings4less.com (remove the space before and after the @ sign.) to receive an authorization number and the correct address to mail the item to. There will be no refund on items not returned in resellable condition. Wedding Program packages must be unopened. No refunds will be given for items returned without authorization. 3. Personalized items are not refundable. It is rare but if by some chance there is an error in your personalized items we will correct the error and ship the corrected items to you. 4. Due to health department regulations, veils cannot be returned or refunded. 5. If an item is received damaged we will replace the item. We require the damaged item to be returned to us with an authorization number and we will replace the item with an undamaged one. 6. If you have any other questions regarding our return policy please use our contact form. We try to answer all emails with 24 hours (business days only). NOTE ON SECURITY We use Paypal to handle all payment transactions. Paypal's servers use the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol for encryption.
